Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement before they are shipped.
  • A 12.5% processing fee applies to all cancellations to cover administrative and transaction costs.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Return & Refunds

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For the following reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items:

  • Used or assembled playhouses or toys
  • Customized or personalized items

    Return Process

    2️⃣ Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
    3️⃣ Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service at your expense (for voluntary returns).
    4️⃣ Once received, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.


    Restocking Fee

    • A €29 restocking fee applies to returns due to change of mind, incorrect orders, or preference for another product.
    • This fee covers initial packing, handling, and administrative costs.
    • No restocking fee applies to returns due to damaged or incorrect items.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • If your return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If returning an item due to change of mind or incorrect order selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include:

    • Your order number.
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

    We will arrange a replacement or process a full refund, including return shipping costs.


    Order Not Received

    If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will:

    • Investigate the shipping status with the courier.
    • Provide an update or offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
